What a fun way to promote discipline of the mind body and spirit while improving body awareness, balance and motor planning. This program will familiarize students with basic martial arts fundamentals and help to enhance movement and body mechanics with the assistance of a physical therapist. These techniques will be taught in a loving and nurturing environment.
