The Peace – Love – Ponies Series

An innovative program that combines yoga and equine assisted activities
to explore the multiple aspects of

“Strength, Understanding,
Trust and Peace.”

In each two hour session, we examine one of these qualities as it relates to our lives. Our goal is to help participantsfind empowerment from within.

Each session has three segments:

The first 45 minute segment is a basic yoga practice. Through yoga postures, deep breathing and meditation, participants explore the various aspects of each weekly theme by reflecting inwardly to discover a balance between mind, body and spirit.
The 45 minute equine assisted activity is either mounted or unmounted.  Through interaction with the horse, participants have the opportunity to experience the strength of their spirit, the power of their body language, and a deeper understanding of themselves.

The third segment is a 30 minute process group and discussion which summarizes the experience as well as identifies the participant’s responsibilities for carryover into the world with the knowledge that “Strength, Understanding, Trust and Peace” are essential for a fuller and healthier life.

The Peace – Love – Ponies Series

This series incorporates yoga as a strategy for self-reflection and anxiety reduction prior to an equine assisted activity.

Through interactions with the horses, the participants have an opportunity to “join up” with their horse as a way to experience positive interactions/approaches to life.  Participants identify ways to use their new insights and practice skills throughout their daily life.

This series can be customized to meet the specific needs of your program, school or business.  For more information, please contact:
